PAYMENT METHODS:  We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, Money Order, Certified or company cheque.  New account orders must be paid in full with either a credit card or certified cheque prior to order leaving our dock.   Credit must be established before terms can be applied to any order.  Please contact us for further info.  No C.O.D. orders.  NSF cheques are subject to an additional service charge.

IMPRINTING CHARGES: A one color imprint on one location is included unless otherwise stated.

BLANK MERCHANDISE: Deduct $ 0.63 (g) / unit

SCREEN & SET UP CHARGES: $50.00 (e) for each color including the first for standard size up to 16” x 16”.

REPEAT ORDERS: Re-set up charge of $12.50 (g) per color within twelve months of original order.   Customers must provide copy of original art & invoice # to verify before imprinting.

CANCELLATIONS: Will be charged at the cost of material, and labor.

PRE-PRODUCTION PROOF: Cost of Stock Item, screen set up and any art charge plus $25.00 (g) per color

PAPER PROOF:  First paper proof if requested by customer, is provided at no cost.  Each additional paper proof is $9.38 (g)

SAMPLES:  Random stock samples are available at no charge up to a value of $16.00 (g) provided that a valid shipping account is given.  Otherwise samples are sold at EQP pricing plus freight. 

RETURNS & CLAIMS:  No returns will be accepted without prior approval and a RA (return authorization) number is issued from our Head Office.  Claims must be made within 30 days of invoice  and a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all blank returned goods.  All boxes containing blank items must be inspected and verified by the buyer upon receipt to ensure the product is correct before printing and/or embroidery.  For goods shipped directly to decorators, it is the responsibility of your printer or embroiderers to verify accuracy of items as no returns will be accepted once items are printed and/or embroidered.

COLOR MATCHING:  A PMS color matching charge of $15.00 (g) will be applied as requested.  An exact color matching is still not guaranteed due to the varying degree’s of fabric thickness, weave, and color, which reflect depth of shade differently.  We do mix and match as close as possible in any case.  All imprinted orders must specify a PMS color.

LESS THAN MINIMUM QUANTITY ORDERS:  For printed orders less than 50 pieces, a “Less Than Minimum” order charge of $30.00 (g) will apply. Minimum invoice amount is $75.00 (g)

PRODUCTION TIME:  In-stock printed items ship in approximately 8-10 working days after receipt of order and art as well as proof approval.  Blank items can be shipped within 48 hours. For Custom made Domestic products allow 3-4 weeks.  For rush orders please call for availability and charges.  Ecorite is not responsible for delays incurred while an order is in transit.

ARTWORK: Vector artwork is preferred and must be delivered in EPS, TIFF, or AI (version 11 or higher) and minimum 300 dpi. If changes or adjustments are necessary the charge is $45.00 (G) per hour, minimum charge 1 hour.   All artwork may be forwarded to sales@ecorite.com. E-mails must include company, contact name, and phone number.  Please refer your PO# into the “subject line” of your e-mailed artwork.

OVERRUNS & UNDER RUNS: All efforts will be made to ship exact quantities. However we reserve the right to ship over or under by 5%.

IMPRINT AREAS: Artwork will be sized to utilize maximum product imprint area unless otherwise specified on P.O.

FABRIC DISCLAIMER:  Due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot always guarantee the continuity of exact color shade from order to order of the same item.  Minor differences may occur in fabric weight, finish and overall size of finished product from lot to lot.  Color fastness of 100% cotton materials is not guaranteed and Cotton products will shrink after wash. Please note that Natural cotton shrinks more than colored or white cotton.

ORDER CONFIRMATION:  All orders must be in writing.  Any changes to orders must be confirmed in writing and may affect original shipping date.

TRADEMARKS:  All copy or other material submitted for use by Ecorite to produce items ordered will be accepted as being in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, copyright of privacy, patent or similar protection.  Customer warrants indemnifying and holding Ecorite harmless
in any infringement action as a result of printing the artwork.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:  Ecorite’s liability for economic, property, damage, or personal liability arising from the sale, shipment, storage, handling or use of goods, whether based on alleged negligence or otherwise, hall not exceed in aggregate, the amount paid by the customer for the goods causing such damage.  Under no circumstances will Ecorite be liable for any consequential damage (including, without limitation, loss of use or lost profit),  or any damages suffered by third party.
