PRICES: F.O.B. Ecorite Warehouse. Prices do not include taxes. All prices are subject to change without notice.

IMPRINTING CHARGES: A one color imprint on one location is included unless otherwise mentioned.

UNPRINTED MERCHANDISE: For orders without an imprint, please deduct $0.50 (g) /piece.

OVERSIZE PRINTS: Standard imprint size is upto 16” x 16”, all oversize Prints and four color process will cost extra. Call for quotation.

SCREEN & SET UP CHARGES: Add $50.00 (e) for each color including the first for standard size imprints upto 16” x 16”.

REPEAT ORDERS: Re-set up charge of $12.50 (g) per color within twelve months of original order. Customers must provide copy of original art & invoice # to verify before imprinting.

CANCELLATIONS: Will be charged at the cost of material, and labor.

PRE-PRODUCTION PROOF: cost of Stock Item, screen set up and any art charge plus $25.00 (g) per color

PAPER PROOF: First paper proof, if requested by customer, is provided at no cost. Cost of each additional paper proof is $9.38 (g)

SAMPLES: Stock samples are available at 50% off first column pricing, plus freight. Please call for sample cost of custom product.

RETURNS & CLAIMS: No returns will be accepted without prior approval from our Head Office. Claims must be made within 30 days of invoice. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all blank returned goods. All boxes containing blank items must be inspected and verified by the buyer to ensure the product is correct before printing and / or embroidery. For goods shipped directly to decorators, it is the responsibility of your printer or embroiderers to verify accuracy of items.
No returns will be accepted once items are printed and or embroidered.

COLOR MATCHING: Exact color matching is not guaranteed. We will mix and match colors as close as possible at no extra charge. All imprinting orders must specify the PMS color.

SMALL QUANTITY: For orders less than 50 imprinted pieces, a small quantity charge of $30.00 (g) will be added. No minimum for blank stock items. Minimum for blank custom items is 25 pieces / item.

SIZES: All sizes given in the catalogue are approximate and can vary slightly.

PRODUCTION TIME: In-stock printed items shipped in approximately 10 working days after receipt of order and art as well as proof approval. Unimprinted items can be shipped within 48 hours. For Custom products allow 3-4 weeks. For rush orders please call for availability and charges. Ecorite is not responsible for delays incurred while an order is in transit.

ARTWORK: Please provide camera ready black and white artwork or add $45.00 (g) per hour for developing artwork. Minimum charge half hour.

OVERRUNS & UNDER RUNS: All efforts will be made to ship exact quantities. However, we reserve the right to ship over or under 5%.
IMPRINT AREAS: Artwork will be sized to utilize maximum product imprint area unless otherwise specified on Purchase Order.

IMPRINTING INSULATED ITEMS: Only 1 color imprint is suggested. For additional colors heat transfer process is recommended. Call for quote.

FABRIC DISCLAIMER: Due to circumstances beyond our control, we can not always guarantee the continuity of exact shade of material colors. Color fastness of 100% cotton materials is not guaranteed. Minor differences may occur in fabric weight, fabric finish and over all size of finished product, from lot to lot. Cotton products will shrink after wash. Natural cotton shrinks more than colored or white cotton.

ORDER CONFIRMATION: All orders must be in writing. Any changes to orders must be confirmed in writing and may affect original shipping date.

TRADEMARKS: All copy or other material submitted for use by Ecorite to produce items ordered will be accepted as being in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, copyright of privacy, patent or similar protection. Customer warrants to indemnify and hold Ecorite harmless in any infringement action as a result of printing the artwork.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Ecorite’s liability for economic, property damage, or personal liability arising from the sale, shipment, storage, handling or use of goods, whether based on alleged negligence or otherwise, shall not exceed, in aggregate, the amount paid by the customer for the goods causing such damage.In no event will Ecorite be liable for any consequential damage (including, without limitation, loss of use or lost profit), or any damages suffered by third party.
